Asset Manager (Full time)

Position Overview

This is an in-office position. You will succeed in this role if you are a highly organized individual who is able to work with account management team to make sure that all assets of any given project are organized, prepared and tagged based on company standards and specific client specifications. Quality control is a major aspect of this position as is working as a crucial member of the post-production team by collaborating and managing workflow. Must keep meticulous records on a timely basis and perform achieving and transfer of media as requested.

Manage the QC, IP, and Asset Management of all Boncom videos. This required that you:

• Work closely with the production & editorial teams.
• Assist the Post & Account Teams in keeping projects on schedule and improving workflows
• Assist team as a technical liaison between production, post-production and editors
• Oversee the quality control and Intellectual Property of video deliverables
• Assist with the final delivery of all required assets to the client
• Verify that video/ audio assets meet the video production standards required by Boncom and its clients. This includes raw media, production media, project files, master files, and all deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date record keeping of the IP, QC, and Asset Management of all projects.
• Assist archiving and backing up footage and projects, as well as overseeing the transfer of media.
• Be proactive in finding solutions when experiencing technical problems
• Work to create a collaborative client relationship
• Learn new techniques and keep skills up to date
• Always represent Boncom professionally

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with video quality control & Intellectual Property
• Attention to detail
• Extensive experience with Mac
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere workflows
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven experience delivering content to digital and network specifications
• Must be comfortable handling multiple projects and working quickly
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Desire to collaborate as a team, and create a culture of excellence
• Experience delivering content to social outlets such as: Instagram, Facebook and others
• Editing experience a plus
• Experience with Monday.com a plus
• Experience with PSD a plus
• Additional languages a plus
