As our Business Development Lead for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), you’ll take the lead in driving our growth story forward. You’ll do more than just identify opportunities—you’ll forge the future of our DHS portfolio. Your Impact:

  • You’ll be the face of MetroStar within DHS, cultivating relationships and creating business opportunities that align with account plan and strategic vision.
  • You’ll dive deep into DHS priorities, leveraging your insight to craft strategies that bring us closer to new growth.
  • You’ll champion MetroStar’s mission, ensuring our brand and offerings stand out to the right stakeholders across USCIS, ICE, CBP, TSA, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build lasting partnerships across DHS, ensuring MetroStar is at the table for mission-critical conversations.
  • Lead regular meetings with DHS leadership, program teams, and acquisition officials to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Own the strategy: identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business that fuels a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner with our DHS delivery team to co-create winning account plans and innovative solutions for the future.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, events, and the competitive landscape to keep MetroStar ahead of the game.
  • Foster teaming opportunities with other industry leaders to amplify our capabilities.

What You Bring (Role Qualifications):

  • Strong relationships within DHS, with the ability to unlock doors and grow our business.
  • Proven track record in business development with 10+ years of experience in DHS, helping companies grow and innovate.
  • Expertise in building a forward-looking pipeline, consistently identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
  • A dynamic approach to using deep knowledge of MetroStar’s technology and capabilities to shape bold, future-focused strategies.
  • Experience navigating DHS components like USCIS, ICE, CBP, and TSA to lead us into new territory.
  • A collaborative mindset, with existing business relationships in the industry that can help build unstoppable teams.
