The Senior HRBP France will implement the employee life cycle from recruitment to termination. The Senior HRBP France is the main point of contact for employees and local managers or senior managers for all HR topics.

The role reports to the HR Director and works closely with International HRBPs for Support Functions, Cash Equity trading and Fixed Income.

Key responsibilities

·       Manage recruitment in collaboration with Managers and senior managers (sourcing choices, school relations, relationship with agency and headhunter) and follow integration and onboarding.

·       Support training plan (build, implementation, reporting)

·       Support career management and internal mobility,

·       Produce reports and KPI for HR specialist and managers, follow up budget and workforce planning tool.

·       Support local managers and partner them on management discussion, performance assessment and team animation.

·       In close collaboration with the HR Director manage individual cases (performance issue, disciplinary cases, termination discussions)

·       Where necessary support Works council/Staff representatives discussions,

·       Participate in transversal HR projects for France and the Group,

Profile

·       Master's degree in HR or Social law, you have 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources in an HRBP role within an international and matrixed context.

·       You possess legal reflexes, with the ability to support Managers and Senior Managers daily in their HR issues, as well as to take a step back on organizations and understand the stakes.

·       Your level of English is fluent, allowing you to operate daily in an international context.

·       You demonstrate rigor and organization, a collaborative spirit, and a very good sense of analysis.

·       You demonstrate good communication skills and are comfortable to Group policy messages to employees and managers.

·       You are comfortable with Excel and HRIS tool.
