RegularThe Business process optimization Analyst is responsible for implementing various continuous improvement programs aimed at achieving operational adoption of our ERP system by our users. In addition, he/she will play an important role in accelerating the implementation of new work methods in order to optimize, simplify and standardize all ERP-related practices to ensure the continuity of the ERP knowhow in our organisation. More specifically, the incumbent will:

  • Identify and explain business requirements and needs and participate in defining the solutions (identify options and impacts, define the strategies and document them, participate in testing and support the deployment)
  • Model processes and requirements to translate business objectives into technical objectives for functional and development teams.
  • Support the Super Users and act as an escalation point when they are faced with questions or incidents that they cannot resolve (support the solution, help to use the available functionalities and procedures, share expertise, etc. )
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to map current state and define future state using a process improvement framework
  • Effectively transform and communicate complex concepts, both orally and written, to various stakeholder groups (frontline to executive)
  • Lead or participate in ERP related process improvement projects, from the initial idea to the implementation and monitoring of solutions
  • Utilize change management and project management techniques to take the lead or assist in the implementation of sustainable changes
  • Optimize business models, processes and work methods to improve efficiency and quality of the ERP solution adoption by the users.
  • Advocate change in the business as it relates to satisfying our strategic objectives and enhancing both employee and customer experience
  • Actively lead or participate in the collection, research, pull and organization of data to answer specific business questions
  • Perform basic to in-depth statistical analyses and compile results
  • Conduct or support cost benefit analysis activities
  • Propose creative business solutions with respect to the project and make viable recommendations
  • Support the development of documentation pertaining to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses, etc.
  • Train or support others in adopting a continuous improvement mindset and utilizing a process improvement framework
