Summary

This position is responsible for generating sales as well as ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position participates in daily store operation and inventory activities. This position delivers high sales performance.

Job Description

Sales

  • Excel each step of sales process

-Welcome customers

-Know and understand the customer’s needs, both epxressed and potential ones

-Present and promte the products

-Demonstrate and recommend the products fit to customer’s expectation

-Maximise sales opportunities by proposing other products, generate sales through cross selling techniques

-Accopany the customers to cashier and prepare the packaging

-Esnure loyalty by collecting customer’s contact information and purchase preference

-Thanks the customer, accompany the customer to the gate and farewell

  • Coach the new sales staff
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly the sales peformance and take actions to exceed sales target
  • Master in depth the knowledge of the assigned products and is familar with all the products in the store
  • Promote the brand and the product, through the interaction with customer in store
  • Keep updated about the fashion trend and competitor’s information

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries and deal with complaints
  • Build good relationship with potential customers as well as VIPs
  • Promote customer loyalty and ensure after sales service

Operation

  • Participates in stockroom organization and inventory
  • Know the level of stock of products so as to give customer accurate information quickly and maximise sales potential with exisiting stock
  • Is familar with warehouse stock in order to take the goods as efficient as possible to promote sales.
