Job Description:
Main responsibilities
• Hunt and acquire new clients to develop the current footprint.
• Drive pipeline growth.
• Position DXC on strategic initiatives aligned with customer challenge. • Coordinate the Core Team (Client Partners, Account Delivery Lead, …) and Extended Team (Partners, Sales, Operational support, …) to grow the full portfolio of DXC.
• Create and follow up the account plan on assigned territory. • Develop new business opportunities closely with Service Lines and Ecosystems (Alliances, Advisors, …)
• Cross sell with current Customers
• Shape the Deals and build Value Proposals aligned with customer pains
• Participate to the Deals and Qualification boards reviews.
• Close the deals including short and long term signings
• Manage the client relationship, develop intimacy, ensure the Customer Satisfaction with new clients.
• Develops and nurtures Executives Management or Senior management-level relationships with the customer.
• Leads business negotiations for contracts.
• Manage the P&L and drive growth on assigned territory (Revenue, Margin and TCV)
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services Sector in Consulting and/or Applications services with significant experiences in Business Development.
• At least 5 years of Client Management
• A strong capacity to open new positions and ability to take a step back on customer pains
