The Global Talent Management Specialist will drive the success of various talent management processes and/or programs by coordinating and completing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Coordinate key talent management projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, employee assessments, etc.
Develop and maintain several project plans and timelines at once, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Organize and document talent management processes and lessons learned to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure needs are met
Facilitate team communication and collaboration by attending & setting up team meetings
Develop training, presentations and communication materials with the guidance of the Manager
Attend, schedule and organize meetings; create and distribute agendas, meeting notes and action items
Occasionally assists to train employees on new processes or procedures and all other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
Bachelor’s degree: Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
Professional working-level English
Ability to develop and maintain project plans with minimal supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Motivation and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work on a global team
Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
Experience (Minimum Required):
Minimum 5 years working experience including 2+ years of experience managing multiple medium-high complexity projects at once
