About the Role:

As a Sr Manager within our Go-to-Market Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. Our team consists of functional and technical resources supporting Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Customer Success and other internal business units. This allows us to design, build, and ship features to these business units in pitching new products, expanding to new markets, and scaling with existing customers. We are looking for a leader to help us polish and scale the operational efficiencies across the breadth of the GTM Applications space.

What You'll Do:

  • Growth Initiatives (End-to-End Ownership):

    • Serve as the end-to-end process point of contact for new growth initiatives that are horizontal across the GTM space.

    • Lead efforts starting from the concept stage, working with stakeholders to shape and influence technology strategy.

    • Act as the key liaison, ensuring the alignment of tech strategy with business needs, and successfully handing off initiatives to delivery teams for execution.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Streamline processes to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness within the IT GTM applications team.

    • Identify and implement new productivity methods or practices that boost the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Management:

    • Lead the development and maintenance of OKRs and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Collaborate with Sr. Directors and Directors to measure team performance and project outcomes.

    • Benchmark team performance against industry standards and adopt best practices to achieve excellence.

  • Data and Analytics:

    • Partner with the data technologies team to create real-time dashboards for tracking progress on OKRs and KPIs.

    • Promote the use of data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Resource and Budget Management:

    • Monitor team budget and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

    • Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

    • Collaborate with delivery managers to improve velocity by tracking relevant metrics.

  • Communication and Documentation:

    • Develop a consistent messaging model for status updates, reports, and communications across the delivery pods within the IT GTM applications team.

    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for processes, standards, and best practices.

  • Industry Best Practices and Compliance:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and process leader in the GTM applications space, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

    • Engage with industry resources like Gartner and Forrester, and work with implementation partners to refine the target state process architecture.

    • Communicate refined processes to the delivery leadership team.

    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of delivering on Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash transformation projects or equivalent experience on a cross-functional development team

  • Experience working in a business consulting role with excellent presentation and documentation skills

  • Proven experience in process improvement and performance management

  • Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience

Requested in lieu of a cover letter:

  • In order to highlight what would make you a valuable asset to the CrowdStrike team, we'd like to know what a day in your "E2E process ownership, Process Improvement, Policy and Procedure Development etc" life looks like. More specifically, please tell us about a single project in particular which required your leadership and fortitude to turn the tides of potential disaster. Using an intro paragraph to provide a brief summary of the problem the project was looking to solve and no more than 10 bullet points of "Actions Taken" by you specifically that led to the project's successful outcome.
