Job Summary: Candidature invited for organization’s Business Operations Enablement, Global Training team. Global Training Team operates and delivers training services Accenture’s global workforce. The Training Associate will be responsible for Training delivery administration, logistics management and training coordination. S/He must have good communication language skills – spoken and written. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in training delivery, • End to end logistics management • Coordination • Various training and training cycle derived tasks Relationships: Reports to: Training specialist / Global Training Lead External relationships: Contractors, vendors, agencies as needed; Interface with teams across Accenture. Qualifications: Education: Graduation in any stream. Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year. Preferred technical training coordination experience or any training experience as: administrator, training analyst/coordinator, data and reporting analysts, HR development Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must Have: 1. Exposure to managed service model in the training process including all aspects like managing the process, implementation, customer interface in the IT technology training. 2. Training nomination and database management documentation tracking and reporting 3. Knowledge on MS Office products, specifically MS-Excel and reporting tools (use of Vloopkup, pivot tables etc.).Knowledge of Share point 4. Strong verbal and written communication skill 5. Good Interpersonal, co-ordination skills, multi-tasking, time-management skills and customer service skills. Good to Have: 1. Exposure to designing trainings portals, newsletters and related communications. 2. Understanding of cultural sensitivities across geographical locations 3. Experience in working in virtual and global teams 4. Knowledge on ITIL and Project management frameworks Exposure to quality standards (like ISO20K, ISO27001), 5. Ability to work independently and as a team member
