Position Summary...

As member of the Global Marketplace eCommerce Compliance team, you will support the monitoring of regulatory obligations relating to eCommerce marketplace sellers. 

What you’ll do….

  • Collaborate with compliance subject-matter experts to determine the requirements for controls, ensuring our operations meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.

  • Evaluate seller standards for the program and monitor changes to business and regulatory environments to suggest updates as needed, establishing clear expectations for compliance and quality across our marketplace.

  • Execute program activities related to regulatory requirements to ensure the success of the program, evaluate effectiveness of the program and suggest program improvements.

  • Work with Technology partners to implement scalable solutions for controls, monitoring, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
