Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is actively seeking an Account Director to join our sales team with a focus on selling to new and established Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and integrators in the Central USA. This role will be focused on growing mobile connectivity, 4G/5G, Private networking, Security and 5G enabled D-WAN business. The candidate will need to build a sales plan to target and grow current and new MSP and integrator business. The role will have significant efforts needed in hunting for new opportunities within established accounts while also targeting new MSPs and integrators. Location can be in any major city in the Central US. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is the #1 provider of 4G and 5G solutions to the MSP ecosystems. This is a key position to dramatically affect the growth of the company and wireless WAN networking across the industry.

What Will You Do?

  • Build business practice at current MSP and integrator partners so they include Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions as part of all their offerings

  • Hunt for new MSPs and integrators to build the company practice

  • Increase mind share and sales at all target accounts

  • Build a sales plan and execute to that sales plan

  • Report on sales activities, programs, and revenue progress by each account (weekly forecast accuracy required)

  • Determine most effective way to leverage extended team to create the largest ROI

  • Visit and train new or non-managed MSPs and be the sales contact for those MSPs until we can drive enough business to hire additional salespeople

  • Meet with MSP leadership, and MSP sales team to drive mindshare and programs around company offerings

  • Ensure that the sales strategy results in a differentiated and competitive solution for the intended target markets

  • Embrace a solution-driven approach to ensure we deliver the easiest and most friction-free sales model

  • Be or become a Sales Expert in LTE, SD-WAN, Network security, and networking technologies

  • Collect and synthesize input from all MSPs and deliver a simplified message to product teams and executive management on ways we can improve product, sales processes, support and operations

  • Prioritize between long- and short-term challenges, problems and opportunities based on ROI and business rationale to drive sales priorities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Eight (8+) years of relevant sales experience with five (5+) years of experience selling into MSPs, IT departments, and/or technology integrators

  • Knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G, SASE, Security, and Private Networks

  • Strong ability to understand both technical details and practical business application of how enterprises want to use different networking and connectivity solutions

  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation

  • Exceptional analytical reasoning skills

  • Critical thinking skills to make intelligent and defendable decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives, partners and customers

  • Fast executor, self-starter

  • Travel: Typically, thirty to fifty percent (30%-50%) with periods of higher or lower travel amounts also dependent on city of hire

  • While there is a primary location listed on this requisition, other locations may be considered

  • Bachelor’s Degree

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.  

 

Your Pay: 

The salary range for this position is listed below.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  

$103,950.00 - $193,050.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by our management team.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays).  Please note that an employees FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
