About Opportunity

Key Accountabilities

• Respond to HR queries through phone, email and Zendesk
• Resolve Level 1 enquiries and escalate complex issues
• Support Workday updates, navigation and self‑service
• Analyse ticket trends to lift consistency and improve resources
• Build and update knowledge articles and quick guides
• Complete routine audits and check data accuracy
• Support testing for HR and AI system enhancements

What we are looking for you to bring:

• Experience in service, coordination or help desk within the Human Resources space
• Ideally, in-depth knowledge of Workday or large-scale HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities using ticketing systems
• AI prompting, intermediate Excel skills, and data auditing are beneficial.
