Job Summary

his role sits within CTS' Entertainment Syndication group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Experience practice domain on managed devices supporting partners throughout APAC. A strong collaborator with a consultative approach is required to help drive the adoption of Comcast's Entertainment OS solution internationally.

This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to accommodate some working hours that overlap with APAC. Occasional international travel will be required.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Serves as a subject-matter expert for the Experience product suite. 

  • Evangelizing the Experience domain during all aspects of the partner’s life-cycle. 

  • Engages with senior stakeholders within the partner's organization, understanding their business goals and how the practice domain can help achieve them. 

  • Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience. 

  • Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research. Maintains updated view of key competitive changes. 

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver high quality products on time 

  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features. Participate in defining product business and functional requirements. 

  • Assists in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks. 

  • Drafts and manages requirements and other supporting business documentation (such as use cases, possibly M&Ps (methods and procedures), executive summaries etc.). 

  • Manage change requests. Validates downstream deliverables and final offering (business acceptance testing). 

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Essential Skills 

  • Deep understanding of Product Management processes 

  • Understanding of the Entertainment market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. 

  • Understanding of financial principles and budgeting 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • Strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. 

Desirable Skills 

  • The ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies 

  • Understanding of end-user facing User Interfaces, CMS and/or monetization products within the media industry.
