Analyze demand, supply and shipments trends using statistical tools to identify opportunities and risks to business revenue plan. Createethodologies/automated process to analyze, supply, solve, and find root-cause for supply shortages by data mining planning systems. Analyze key demand information for customer backlogs, key customer forecast, Point-Of-Sales, and factory backlog using a statistical and rule-based Demand Analytics engine. Synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translate it into meaningful strategies for Sr. Leaders. Present key metrics reviews in various meetings and forums to drive consensus. Collaborate with Fab Network team, Demand Management, and Sales and Operations team to manage overall Silicon Supply. Review and optimize demand signal and make changes in Silicon Supply to meet shortages and supply fill rate. Optimize the Silicon Supply plan using IE skills and tools for uniform distribution of inventory across all designs. Work proactively to identify process gaps, suggest design changes and work with Information Technology to drive those enhancements. Perform User Acceptance Testing of the system improvements to enable Information Technology to push the enhancements to the production environment. Evaluate inventory mix to identify slow-moving, orphaned, overstocked, or quality hold inventories and collaborate with stakeholders to develop appropriate actions to consume or scrap. Validate inventory service levels/replenishment targets. May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Master's degree Industrial Engineering, Operations 
Research, Supply Chain or a related field.
