Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Packaging Specialist to lead the development of customized packaging solutions, including displays, shelf-ready packaging, legal stickers, and special packs. In this role, you will oversee the entire package development process—from concept to execution—while collaborating with various internal teams and external suppliers. Your focus will be on driving strategic objectives that enhance customer service, flexibility, responsiveness, cost-efficiency, resource utilization, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supplier to create new and safe packaging solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives related to packaging in partnership with suppliers.
  • Identify and implement executional enhancements based on observations from the customization center.
  • Research and propose sustainable packaging solutions to reduce environmental impact in ongoing projects.
  • Monitor and own key technical packaging process metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
