The Role and What You’ll Do:

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and excels at time management, thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Manage a Senior Executive’s calendar, including scheduling, and confirming meetings and conference calls

  • Arrange comprehensive international travel plans by coordinating all logistics, including booking flights, updating itineraries, making restaurant reservations, and organizing transportation

  • Coordinate logistics for executive visitors, including booking meeting rooms and handling hospitality needs

  • Collaborate with the global team and other executives to take detailed meeting notes, capture action items, and ensure tracking and completion of deliverables with team members

  • Handle expense reports, authorizations, and approvals in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Screen incoming requests and correspondence, through email, phone calls, and additional CRM platforms while prioritizing based on urgency

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and business associates, at all levels

  • Maintain organized filing system to ensure efficient document management

  • Gather, compile, and analyze information for letters, reports, presentations, and other executive communications

  • Support direct reports of the executive and special projects as needed

  • Partner with Senior Executives to travel to onsite events and On Location offices as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting messages, note-taking, action item tracking, and follow-through

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks, systems, and changing priorities

  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information

  • This role requires flexibility to adjust to changing plans as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant administrative experience is strongly recommended

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with accuracy

  • A proactive, customer service-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of teamwork

  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong professional etiquette

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and schedules with ease

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$70,000 annually
