GEICO Talent Acquisition Department is seeking a driven, experienced, and entrepreneurial minded leader to to join our team as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to lead a team of recruiters & talent acquisition specialists to meet our company recruiting goals. The manager will work closely with various business units to drive our recruiting strategy throughout the organization & will be committed to recruiting top talent in various positions for the company.
The Recruiting Manager of High-Volume Recruiting will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, train and set performance goals for a team of high-volume Recruiters
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies
Leverage data-driven insights to drive and meet recruiting goals
Develop and build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Monitor recruitment trends and develop process improvements as needed
Create and maintain recruitment metrics on an ongoing basis
Manages the relationship with Recruiting outsourcing vendor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, preferably in the Insurance industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a high-volume recruiting team preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts for large-scale organizations
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative strategies to source, engage, and hire top talent
Ability to build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Strong experience with data-driven insights
Location: Hybrid onsite three days a week.
