  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Work closely with design and engineering to define and prioritize feature requirements; evaluate trade-offs and technical constraints; and consistently deliver timely, high-quality solutions. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Help with QA and ensuring that the quality of the user experience is best-in-class

  • Learn to set up experiments and build a muscle for iterative improvements

You must have:

  • 1+ years as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager or relevant experience collaborating in cross-functional environments. Bonus if it’s a focus on consumer experiences

  • An interest in building a deeper knowledge of product management methodologies, including user-centered design, agile/scrum development, and data-driven decision-making.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and strong core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)

  • Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills

  • Organized, proactive and self-motivated with a curious mind and a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum software development & Engineering practices is a plus
