Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing in depth reviews of high risk manual processes and ensuring the feedback to KYC Operations are accurate, detailed and timely.

• Partnering with KYC Operations to ensure timely resolution of issues and identify areas of process improvement / automation.

• Host Operations forums to clarify results, and suggest improvement actions to Senior Management.

• Liaise with Technology to create or refine reports, and provide exception management reporting and Management Information System (MIS) reporting

• Perform quality reviews of control checks, procedures and processes

• Perform project management responsibilities, including producing project plans, conducting risk analyses and providing weekly updates for senior management, as needed

• Acts as SME to Operations, Senior stakeholders and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Working knowledge of KYC function and Citi KYC is preferred

• 8-12 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise and actionable manner

• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables

• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
