รายละเอียดความรับผิดชอบหลัก /Main Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของทีมให้เป็นไปตามแผนประจำวันที่กำหนด (Manage a team of associates in a cell and work to achieve daily production plan)
• สามารถใช้ FARO หรือ 3D Scanner และโปรแกรม โพลีเวอร์ค สำหรับ ตรวจสอบงาน (Use FARO inspection programs using  Polyworks software)
• ปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบขนาดของชิ้นงาน Fabrication และ ชิ้นงานจาก ผู้จัดจำหน่าย พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวัดนั้นๆเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดหรือไม่ในขั้นต้น (Operate inspect fabricated structures and purchased components.  Analyze results to determine conformance to dimensional requirements)
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานเมื่อมีการร้องขอเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบงาน NPI (Conduct measurements in support of production quality control plans and evaluation of new components for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.)
• จัดทำรายงานพื้นฐานต่างๆ ด้านผลการตรวจวัดให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา (Create technical reports to summarize measurement results.  Organize and store records of results.)
• แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นในงาน และหรือทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาทางป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา (Able to solve assembly issues within the cell by working with cross functional team leaders)
• รับผิดชอบดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการควบคุม Manufacturing Practice MJ1020 (Responsible for Controlling follow with Manufacturing practice MJ1020)
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย (Perform other additional tasks assigned by the supervisor)

• คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร/Basic Criteria :

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.ขึ้นไป /  Vocation level up
• เป็นพนักงานประจำหรือพนักงานสัญญาจ้างชั่วคราว ของบริษัทแคทเธอร์พิลลาร์ (Caterpillar payroll regular full-time/regular part-time employees)
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรมและเข้าใจมาตฐานการตรวจวัดตาม 1E (Experience reading engineering drawings and Cat 1E specifications is highly desirable.)
• มีประสบการณ์การใช้เครื่องมือวัดพื้นฐาน เช่น Caliper, High gauge, Micro meter (Experience in use of manual measurement devices (Callipers, gauges, micro meters) highly desirable.)
• มีสถิติการทำงานดี  ประพฤติปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบบริษัท และไม่มีประวัติการถูกลงโทษทางวินัยในช่วงเวลา 1 ปี ก่อนวันที่สมัคร  /Have a good attendance record and comply with the company rules and no have disciplinary record 1 year before apply.

มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานอื่นๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความสามารถในการอ่านและเข้าใจ ภาษาอังกฤษ ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับพื้นฐานได้ computer skills MS. Office.

เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ เวลา 07:30 น. – 16:30 น.
