What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS Risk Management Advisor, you will provide overwatch and gauge risks and threats. This effort will include collecting data sets that enable the proper assessment and vetting/validation of people, assets, utilities, infrastructure, the information environment, and other associated SOCOM priorities.

More About the Role:

The Risk Management Advisor will also present new or anticipated threats and related probabilities of risks to the Project Manager and Performance Manager. You will aid in developing coherent and informed risk mitigation measures to pause efforts until a time that is more supportive of the effort. Duties associated with the Risk Management Advisor include the following:

  • Support Force Protection efforts.
  • Support client CICA investigations.
  • Identify and assess threats posed by foreign intelligence entities.
  • Coordinate investigations of suspected espionage activities.
  • Analyze intelligence data to identify patterns and potential threats.
  • Develop and implement strategies to counteract intelligence threats.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement, and private sector partners.
  • Advise on counterintelligence measures and best practices.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior officials.
  • Advise on the effectiveness of counterintelligence programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest counterintelligence techniques and technologies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
  • Develop and maintain counterintelligence databases and records.
  • Provide expert advice on counterintelligence matters.
  • Provide assistance to counterintelligence incidents and emergencies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willing to submit to a CI Poly.
  • Graduate of a DoD counterintelligence Special Agent certification course with associated professional experience.
  • CI reviews/assessments
  • CI debriefings
  • CI OSINT and all source analysis
  • Management level coordination of CI activities.
  • More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
  • You must be able to communicate both orally and in writing effectively.
  • Be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
  • Possess an associate degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours, if required
  • Experience in oral and visual briefings and presentations
  • Ability to articulate risk associated with external support mechanisms

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State, or Local Law Enforcement.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents, and FRAGOs.
  • Working knowledge of ACW and C5ISR and/or other emerging weapons or threats.
  • Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
  • Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
  • Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Military training or experience in fields such as Operational Risk Management, Operational advisement, risk reduction
  • IA/IC coordination and deconfliction
  • Experience working with vendors, testing, and fielding COTS equipment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
