Practice Lead
SAP SCM Practice - ANZ

With a plethora of large and mid-size, highly visible projects kicking off this is the perfect time to take the reins of this growing practice.   As Supply Chain Practice lead you will play a multifaceted role in which you are responsible for the line management and mentoring of a highly skilled, diverse and passionate team; growth of the practice’s skills and capacity aligning with SAP’s roadmap, monitoring of key KPIs and the successful delivery of client engagements.

This role will report directly into the Head of Supply Chain Practice.

  
Experience Required:

• Extensive cross functional experience in SAP Consulting having delivered projects and led SAP Supply Chain teams.
• Strong experience in developing and managing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated pre-sales abilities in terms of client engagement, presentations, solution development and the accurate scoping of work
• Strong business acumen with a proven commercial mindset 
• An ability and desire to keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and solutions
• An ability to lead, engage and inspire a team spread across multiple locations 
• Excellent communication skills
