We are looking for a seasoned Product leader to join our Platforms Product team to lead a team of Product Managers working on multiple facets of our Employee Technology Solutions. These solutions are leveraged by all our employees when developing awesome experiences for our customers and suppliers, or when serving their needs, and cuts across operational, development and analytical/ML outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Product Manager with deep technical program management expertise to drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of our internal tooling and technology platforms. This role is critical in empowering our employees across various functions—engineering, customer services, operations, HR, finance, and more—by delivering intuitive, scalable, and efficient solutions that boost productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and pain points, identify opportunities for tooling improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a hands-on executor.

This person will act with a high degree of freedom and ownership, setting platform vision, forming strong relationships with senior cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical), aligning on a shared vision for success, and delivering results that create meaningful business impact. This Product leader will serve as the subject matter expert, drive adoption for new use cases, and continually improve our capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of employee tooling, security paradigm and best practices, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Leadership: Develop and drive the overall strategy for our Employee Technology, ensuring alignment with partner teams such as in public cloud, cybersecurity, Data & AI, while delivering for your users with in market usable solutions
  • Technical Program Management: Lead complex, multi-function programs with a deep understanding of technical architecture, system integrations, and program risk management with cross-functional teams
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, creating an integrated strategy across your products, fostering a culture of collaboration, measurement and creating space to learn and improve.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Servicing, and other key stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet their needs and drive business value.
  • Change Management: Lead communication and adoption efforts for new tools or workflows, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong employee engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Product Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Driving adoption and value realization: Market your product internally to various departments to ensure all available users know about your product and how they could value from it
  • Communication: Articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization. Maintain a product vision and roadmap, keeping stakeholders and constituents up to date on the top level goals and timelines

We Are a Match Because You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing internal employee technologies or similar portfolio of solutions
  • 5+ years of product experience in developing data-driven products that are cloud native 
  • Strong understanding of …
  • Strong written and verbal communication and a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience in leading and collaborating with senior stakeholders along with a multi-quarter roadmap with iterative value delivery
  • Demonstrable ability to be technically hands-on, up to architecting high-level system plans (no coding)
  • Understanding of scaling on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Ability to structure problems, develop clear hypotheses, and prioritize work against the largest impact initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple engineering teams, running their sprints, stand-ups, and backlog management
  • Cultivate senior presence and be the leader of your portfolio of products
