Wyndham Destinations currently seeks a Rental Operations Representative for Owner Listings, Reservation & Operation who will assume responsibility for owner listed inventory and contract submission with the purpose of maximizing owner account usage, inventory usage, and customer service for our vacation rental accommodations.

Wyndham Extra Holidays specializes in offering great vacations in great locations throughout the United States, including Hawaii, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Wyndham Extra Holidays is a specialized provider of rental vacation accommodations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert on Extra Holidays rental program, clearly explaining the program and benefits to the owner.
  • Secure inventory by booking a reservation and/or flagging an existing reservation
  • Generate contracts as owners enroll and provide detailed instructions on how to return contracts to our Extra Holidays Rental Operations Administrative Team
  • Consistently provide hospitality with H.E.A.R.T and program education to Owners who call about the status of their enrolled inventory or rental commission
  • Operate multiple systems such as RCC Systems, TRIP, IRIS, Mainframe Systems and PeopleSoft payment systems, Access Database, Microsoft Excel. Effectively navigate multiple systems in order to present inventory in the most effective fashion with the purpose of maximizing availability and reservations
  • Exercise judgement and influence in preparing suggestions for owners on listing their week(s) in the most effective fashion with the purpose of maximizing availability and highest revenue for  Owner and EH
  • Responsible for initiating frequent communications with Owners and Extra Holidays (EH) Yield team, Owner Rental Operations team, additional contacts to work interactively on inventory issues to best monetize Owner Rentals
  • Become an expert on resort inventory demand, local market conditions, occupancy, and systems for all assigned locations
  • Demonstrate an ability to map business processes, communicate procedures and measure production results
  • Conduct Owner Call backs when needing to provide information to an Owner in regards to their contract listing
  • Processing Contracts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or GED required; 2 year Associate or 4 year Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Must have successfully completed applicable product and club training
  • Minimum 1 year reservations/customer service experience in Vacation Ownership industry preferred
  • 2 years experience in a hospitality/service environment preferred
  • 2 years in customer service principles and practices preferred
  • Ability to utilize good judgment in making decisions; problem resolution
