Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves applying expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust security measures that protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and personnel. The role requires continuous vigilance to safeguard information and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You will engage in proactive monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the resilience and integrity of business processes. This position demands a dynamic approach to managing security challenges while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining a secure operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and tools to adapt to emerging threats.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform, Microsoft Active Directory, Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of identity governance and administration principles.
- Experience in configuring and managing access controls and permissions.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in integrating security solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
