THE ROLE
The Core Entertainment, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking an Art Director to join the team. We bring creative ideas from artists and turn them into live products to reach fans through every avenue. This role, reporting directly to the President, will partner with musical artists to bring their visions to reality through the creation and design of all things visual ranging from graphics for merch, artwork posters, tour banners, social media, etc. This role is ideal for someone that excels in communication as they are the main liaison between the Artists and our in house teams.
The position is based in Nashville.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Participate and formulate vision and strategy for client pitches, product lines, company and client branding, advertisements, printed materials and photoshoots.
Act as primary point of contact to meet with artist teams and reps for all things involving visual outlets, retail, social media, VIP packages, marketing assets, etc.
Contribute original art, designs and branding materials for various projects as schedule allows.
Communicate with internally to bring artists needs to fruition by partnering with the creative team to obtain graphic designs, coordinating with production and vendors, ensuring the final product meets strict QA expectations
Work with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals
Present project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3 – 5 years prior graphic design, marketing strategy, experience in entertainment and/or fashion industries
Adaptable with fast changing needs from artists
Excellent time management, comfortable with quick ad hoc deadlines to meet touring schedules
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Box, Slack
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Super organized and detail-oriented;
Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time;
Strong prioritization abilities;
