Position Summary
CVS Health is on a mission to transform healthcare. With a shared vision to make healthier easier, we are investing in new ways to care for our communities, built on the foundation of our brick and mortar footprint. In this environment, success for the Retail business depends on creating simplicity for our colleagues in an increasingly complex landscape. As our business, and the regulatory landscape in which we operate, evolves, we must take careful steps to support our store and field teams to operate in compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws, statutes, and regulations. As we seek to strengthen operational outcomes while providing meaningful work that differentiates us from other retail employers, empowering our people with the appropriate tools, routines, and resources plays a critical role to de-risking the business.
The Senior Analyst, Workforce Operations—HR Compliance and Training supports the execution and tracking of systems to ensure local store-level leadership is operating in compliance with all HR standards and guidelines—including the timely completion of required compliance training—as provided by the Business Compliance Office, and under the guidance of our Retail Legal partners. With a strong foundation in store operations, the Senior Analyst is not a legal SME, but instead partners with said SMEs to enable the effective and reliable operationalization of policies, procedures, and documentation required by law, whether around scheduling, rest periods, lactation, and/or any other HR-compliance matter. In addition, this person provides day-to-day support of the Retail Compliance Training strategy, including communications, reporting, issue resolution/escalation, and budgeting.
With consummate organization, communication, and collaboration skills, the Senior Analyst effectively partners across Legal, HR, Operations, and other teams to appropriately engage and activate our store and field teams to mitigate risk and strengthen our foundations. Detail-orientation, accountability, and judgment are essential given the scope and nature of the work.
