We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in managing our collection operations, leading a team of specialists and analysts, and overseeing collection processes across the region.

About the Role:

As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of collection specialists and analysts.
  • Analyzing account performance and making recommendations on release orders for past due accounts.
  • Investigating bankruptcy claims and managing third-party collection efforts when necessary. Developing and implementing programs to deliver excellent regional results, including DSO, revenue reserves, and customer service.
  • Providing leadership to Sub-Region Credit Control Managers.
  • Championing and driving the organization to adopt customer-centric cultures and values, focusing on constant change and improved service and efficiency.
  • Building relationships with key customers, both internal and external, on all aspects of Customer Administration.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Credit Control processes and results to the Regional Head of CA and Global Head of Credit.
  • Supporting the development of Sub-Region Credit Control Managers and top talent.

About You:

  • The ideal candidate for this position should have:
  • Significant experience in collections and credit management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of best-in-class collection tools and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Preferably, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
