What You'll Do

Responsible for assisting with routine daily operations and inventory control. Responsible for assisting with help desk activities or special projects as assigned. Reports directly to the help desk supervisor.

Knowledge:
Minimum 1 year experience using a personal computer at home or knowledge obtained from computer training course.
Preferred work experience repairing personal computers or similar training courses.

Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work effectively with others as a team.
Basic PC/printer hardware and operating related troubleshooting skills.
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
Must be detailed and results oriented.
Must be a self-starter and accept responsibility.

Physical Demands:
Requires normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment as needed.
Requires prolonged times of sitting with frequent standing, bending and stooping.
