What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Lab Manager, youll support software and systems engineering and interoperability engineering technical services to support the Government customer in their PDSS and PPSS mission for worldwide customers. This will include Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and their Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs), Headquarters Department of the Anny (HQDA) and its components, and other Department of Defense (DoD) elements. The customer supports several Programs of Record (PORs) with all aspects of software sustainment services and in the future will support additional new programs. Lab Manager is responsible for maintaining current laboratory documentation, creating lab diagrams, performing inspections (physical security), managing and maintaining laboratory access, visitor request/escort, managing laboratory maintenance and work orders, and all other general lab management tasks.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline.

  • TS/SCI Clearance

  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT-II certification

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be able to write CM Plans and audit software change procedures, software development, software testing, and software documentation to verify compliance with software CM plans and procedures.

  • Capable of participating in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.

  • Knowledge to use CM tool (JIRA, puppet, Confluence, Git Hub etc) tools and scripting.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with implementing configuration management process in DEVSECOPS/Agile development environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$51,800 - 106,200 USD
