The Sr. Specialist, Culture Strategy & Programs for Culture, DEI, and Learning & Talent Development will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives that shape Klaviyo’s culture, enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and drive employee development through Learning & Talent programs. Reporting to the VP of Culture, this role will manage multiple projects across these functions, ensuring timely execution, alignment with company goals, and measurable impact. The Culture Strategy & Programs Lead will work cross-functionally, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered with excellence.
This role emphasizes project execution, coordination, and delivery within the areas of Culture, DEI, and Learning & Talent Development. The focus is on managing projects to ensure timely and effective outcomes, with less emphasis on program management and more on direct project responsibilities.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
