As a Tender Business Manager, you will be responsible for submission of tenders (End to End Process), execute government business and maximizing opportunity for GSK brands in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of compliance management monitoring/third party monitoring, and managing tender agents and working closely to drive tender performance. 

  • Drive successful submissions of GSK tenders according to the timeline. 

  • To initiate strategic tender renewal prices in consultation with marketing/finance

  • Work in close alignment with the sales team and marketing team

  • Build and leverage strong relationships with the relevant Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders, to build a network of support amongst the medical community of Malaysia for GSK’s range of products

  • Tender Tracker/ Lampiran Q Tracker 

  • Monthly quotations to tender agents 

  • Ensure the achievement of National Immunization Program sales 

  • Managing Brunei business; i.e monthly stocks confirmation, hospital quotations

  • Actively takes advantage of learning opportunities such as courses, projects or observation of others, incorporating new ideas and skills into work to continuously improve performance

Qualifications:

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced professional with the below:

  • Minimum Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Science, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Public Policy

  • Experience in engaging focus and right target audience, market intelligent insight and strategic pricing.

  • Persuasiveness (impact and influence)

  • Creative problem solving and analytical thinking.

  • GSK’s Leadership and people development

  • Analysis and sales forecasting skills

  • Customer relationship and service

  • Product, company and industry knowledge
