You will partner with leaders across Sales, Services, and various internal functions to implement innovative strategies and solutions, and scale HR practices globally. Your expertise will help shape our approach to talent management, performance improvement, and organizational development.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Partnership: Develop a comprehensive understanding of your assigned business unit, its key employees, and operational processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR needs and facilitate effective communication between HR and the business unit.

  • HR Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with business leaders to implement best practices and support HR processes that drive organizational success.

  • Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to create targeted recruiting plans that address promotions, leavers, and backfills by region.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential gaps and propose actionable changes to mitigate risks associated with workforce management.

  • Performance Improvement: Act as a catalyst for performance enhancement and positive change in people management. Mediate conflicts and provide guidance to managers on handling behavioral, performance, and disciplinary issues.

  •  Change Management Leadership: Lead change management initiatives and manage communications related to culture and talent, both internally and externally.

  • Advisory Role: Offer counsel to managers on labor regulations and best practices related to employee recognition, compensation, and work practices.

  • Engagement in Performance Reviews: Actively participate in performance and pay review cycles, identifying outliers for consideration and ensuring equitable recognition and compensation.

  • Business Acceleration: Support business growth while ensuring strategic pauses to assess risks and opportunities.

  • Acquisition Integration: Engage in acquisition efforts to ensure seamless integration of new talent into the organization.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Experience: 6-8 years of human resources experience, with 3+ years specifically as an HR business partner or generalist, ideally in technology or entertainment sectors.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high emotional maturity and integrity, embodying our culture and values in all interactions.

  • Passion for HR: A strong interest in evolving HR practices, backed by ongoing education in global best practices and relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).

  • Leadership Skills: A collaborative and influential leader who inspires action and champions positive change within teams.

You Know You're Successful If...

  • You cultivate a positive work environment where employee satisfaction is high, evidenced by effective coaching and development of managers into expert leaders.
