As a Cloud Hardware Systems Engineer in the DRAM Engineering group at Micron Technology Inc., you will be working with compute platforms in a data center environment, seeking out different failure mechanisms, predictability, and their effect on the overall system environment. You will also support system-level DRAM validation, system characterization, failure analysis in the Cloud space, and analysis of different DRAM architectures to improve correctability. Your day-to-day functions may also include: running and configuring diagnostic software, system debugging, crafting experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, crafting custom tools, and communicating data to both internal and external customers. The seniority level offered will be based on a combination of experience and education.

How To Qualify:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

  • Proven experience/background in computer engineering or software engineering.

  • UNIX / Linux operating system experience and understanding

  • Experience in fields related to data centers, memory product engineering, system compatibility, and/or semiconductors
