The PRODUCT OWNER is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating system change requests and reports of malfunction. The incumbent will work with multiple departments to document requirements, define objectives and determine strategy to maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the system.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* • Develops product roadmap based on business priorities. • Grooms backlog based on business requirements. • Directs development to follow product vision and business priorities. • Quickly removes roadblocks to ensure forward movement in development. • Creates Features and User Stories based on needs of the business. • Creates Bug work items based on problems reported by the business. • Collaborates with various individuals to assemble cost-benefit analysis. • Works directly with business units to gather and define requirements, • Assists in regression testing. • Assists in testing of newly developed user stories. BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) • 3-5 years’ experience • Bachelor’s Degree (Required) • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS • Dedication to product (system) development • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent active listening skills • Analytical ability • Scrupulous requirements documentation • Capacity to conduct or assist with cost/benefit analysis • Aptitude to work collaboratively with and through others • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Understanding of development lifecycle * Amynta reserves the right to change job descriptions at any time based on business conditions/need, which includes expanding this job's responsibilities and assigning additional duties consistent with the position's purpose.
