Determine market readiness strategy for B2B partner enablement and servicing product suite(s) including user interfaces and apply the product go to market framework in collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups. Write product documentation and ensure complete and effective product documentation to guide external client delivery as product positioning in market. Leverage marketing strategies to drive product adoption, growth and retention including the production and delivery of internal and external training and communications. Coordinate the go to market methodology for new and existing product lines/services offered to a variety of clients, including issuers, merchants, acquirers, digital enablers and payment providers in a global environment. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
· Determine the go to market strategy, documentation required and guide product positioning for supported products and user interfaces.
· Lead and facilitate meetings with key internal stakeholder groups including Product Management, Marketing, Operational and Sales teams to gather requirements, gain internal alignment on product readiness strategy development and ensure executional delivery.
· Write, develop and disseminate product materials and communications to educate internal and external stakeholders on new product offerings.
· Create and deliver product training to client facing teams and delivery teams on positioning new products, technical capabilities for product introductions, and market factors.
· Leverage learnings across product launches to drive standardization.
Minimum Qualifications
At minimum here is what you will need:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Communications or related field
· 6+ years of experience in Payments or Product Management, Product Launch or related
· In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related including product management experience

Preferred Qualifications

· 6+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, product management or related
· 2+ years of experience in Product launch or go to market experience, especially for a technology or financial services industry
· 2+ years of experience in website usability with familiarity in Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
