Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Memorial’s mission, vision and values through providing support to Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services operations with various aspects of the hiring process, maintains compliance with hiring requirements, oversees background check process, and provides concierge pre-boarding. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience.Responsibilities:
Support Talent Acquistion department by supporting internal and external job fairs, college/university career days and expos.Facilitate concierge service in our pre-boarding experience from offer acceptance to new hire orientation.Coordinate, facilitate and oversee the pre-employment clearance process to ensure that minimum hiring requirements are met, adjudicate complex background check requirements,reference calls directly with employers and completion and validation of verifications of required credentials and education.Manage multiple tasks and projects in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and goals.Provides support to Recruitment team by pre-screening applicants and preparing job offer detail, support other activities as assigned.Competencies:

Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, effective written and verbal communication, decisive judgment, the ability to build and foster positive relationships with internal and external clients, and work independently. Competency in Microsoft Office suite programs. Required Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience in Human Resources, Shared Services or in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment with high attention to detail.
