Your Day

This is a Sr Finance Manager role supporting our central Monetization team. You'll own the financial models that help explain how we drive revenue most effectively from the products and content we produce alongside internal and external benchmarking and competitive analysis. You will also understand the associated cost of and be responsible for planning of said cost. You will conduct variance analysis on revenue through free cash flow. You will partner closely with executive leadership and drive growth in our revenue and margin. Your time will be split between weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting & variance analysis, senior management presentations and a lot of ad hoc analysis and investigation.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis (Monthly, quarterly and ad hoc)

  • Project management and operational support (ad hoc deep dives, industry benchmarking, process optimisation)

  • Cross-functional partnership and communication (executive presentations, partnering with Biz Ops, yield and strategy teams)

  • P&L ownership and variance analysis to help the business with product, process and operational initiatives


 

You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

  • 5+ years of related financial experience

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; attention to detail; problem solving abilities

  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment that is fast-paced and highly dynamic

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
