The Team:
The Platforms & Tools team is responsible for developing and managing enterprise tools enabling Agile Execution (Azure DevOps), Project Portfolio Management and Reporting (Tableau), for all the S&P Global Divisions. These tools are used across S&P for Portfolio Management capabilities like prioritizing, executing and tracking Portfolios, Agile Workflow Execution to enable Agile delivery and Portfolio & Agile Analytics.

As a Senior UX Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, lead designer, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the product or feature's user experience meets the needs and expectations of its target audience. Overall, the Senior UX Analyst is in responsible of driving the user experience strategy for the Product Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and making recommendations to improve the user experience based on user research, analysis, and best practices. The goal is to provide users with a user experience that is intuitive, effective, and enjoyable, resulting in increased user satisfaction, customer retention, and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, as well as translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the general functionality of the product and iterate on it in accordance with user testing to create a fantastic user experience.
