What you will accomplish:

  • Lead a team of marketers and external creative agencies in developing and executing GTM content strategy.

  • Create and drive the content narrative themes for integrated campaigns!

  • Manage and develop content production from start to finish, providing end-to-end guidance in the production process across many media (ex: blogs, videos, podcasts, social, PR articles etc).Produce long & short form assets that support our GTM teams

  • Understand and uphold high editorial standards and brand guidelines to drive brand value.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of eBay sellers, eBay Ads products, strategies and have a deep understanding of competitive strengths to drive content strategy.

  • Collaborate with Ads Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Field marketers and senior executives to develop narratives, scripts and presentations aligned with messaging pillars.

  • Collaborate with Marketing channel owners to ensure proper fit and distribution of materials via various internal and external channels.

  • Develop feedback and tracking processes by liaising with internal and external partners to continually assess and adjust content needs for eBay Ads business.

  • Develop a philosophy of measurement and reporting for content performance as a demand channel and deliver regular impact metrics and reports for area of ownership.


 

What you will bring:

  • 6-plus years of marketing writing experience, cross channel marketing asset development and management with demonstrable skills in content creation, project management, product mastery and positioning.

  • Experience with advertising industry a plus.

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, environment.

  • Ability to thrive and lead team under ambiguity.

  • Strong cross teamwork skills and experience navigating productively matrixed interpersonal structures.

  • Outstanding skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.

  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically.

  • Driven by goals and data driven decision making.
