Position Summary:
We seek a dynamic and skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team, focusing on security services, specifically Managed Detection and Response (MDR). This role will report to the Manager, Marketing Operations, and requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, deep knowledge of marketing analytics, and fluency in Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and a solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage marketing initiatives for MDR and related security services, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and external vendors, to execute marketing projects.

  2. Marketing Analytics:
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
    • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce.com, Tableau, or similar platforms to track marketing KPIs.
    • Identify trends and opportunities in the market to inform strategy and drive decision-making.

  3. Salesforce.com Expertise:
    • Maintain and manage marketing data in Salesforce.com, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Utilize Salesforce.com to align marketing initiatives with sales efforts, including lead tracking and reporting.

  4. Content Development & Writing:
  • Craft compelling marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and campaign content that position the value of MDR and cybersecurity services, to an already engaged policyholder audience
  • Support the development of messaging frameworks and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  1. GTM and Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for MDR services.
  • Develop and refine customer journey maps, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Support demand generation campaigns to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and the security industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with other CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, including the ability to extract and interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, and Pardot.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful content.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and sales strategies, with a proven ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cybersecurity marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in Salesforce.com or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
