Job Summary

The Red Hat APAC Marketing team is looking for a Partner Marketing to join us in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the partner marketing capability and strategy across Indonesia  with the channel partners, ISVs, System Integrators and cloud solution providers. The role is responsible for the development and execution of a thorough partner marketing plan and programs that increases partner engagement, demand generation through partners, awareness of Red Hat solutions across all types of partner. You will use clearly defined KPIs to track and report success. This position is an individual contributor position within ASEAN marketing team and requires collaboration with executives and sales management as well as the ability to operate in a regional, field and APAC matrixed environment.

Primary job responsibilities

  • You will engage with the Region Partner/Field Marketing Manager, senior sales and channel sales leadership in the region to define, prioritize, and implement marketing programs and campaigns with the local partners and alliances ecosystem

  • You will set the strategy and approach aligned with partner sales management to drive the direction of partner marketing throughout the year.

  • You will be responsible for creating campaigns, best-practices, event and campaign support, etc for MDF-funded activities in collaboration with partner marketing counterparts to increase business

  • You and your team will develop and carry out marketing programs to create awareness of Red Hat solutions, educate and support partners, and generate leads against agreed metrics

  • You and your team Actively engage and work with local resellers and distributors to create and guide marketing campaigns to grow revenue and sales opportunities

  • You will collaborate with the ASEAN, APAC marketing managers to engage, prioritize, and deliver marketing programs with our channel partners, CCSP (Certified Cloud Solution Prpviders), OEMs, ISVs, and SIs

  • Track and monitor the ROI of programs and investment by actively engaging with the Field Partner Marketing team and our channel sales resources to ensure the value is quantified and captured for future investment

  • Implement regional partner marketing tactics such as events, virtual conferences, nurturing and demand generation campaigns, and social media campaigns

  • You will be responsible for organizing partner conferences with channel sales and marketing team

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years channel and field marketing experience designing, creating and delivering strategic marketing initiatives in the technology space

  • People management experience across multiple countries and cultures required

  • Deep experience working with partners to develop and carry out joint go to market plans in both mature and new relationships

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and delivery results

  • Creative problem solver and resourceful in meeting channel marketing program goals to grow market share in across all product segment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required
