Job Description
Position: Market Leader
Location: Dallas, TX
Primary Responsibilities: The Market Leader in Baltimore, MD is a pivotal field position responsible for market performance. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day operational efficiencies tied to occupancy, budgeting, expense control, vendor management, quality control, timeline management and scheduling as it relates to turnover, renovation, contractors and field personnel within the assigned market. The Market Leader will collaborate with the shared service departments to ensure that homes within their market meet or exceed financial performance and ownership objectives. Such objectives include (but are not limited to) revenue management, monitor & control overall expenses, staffing levels, training for overall safety & legal compliance. All Single-Family Rental homes are maintained to Company standards with a continuous focus on asset preservation while remaining customer centric for internal and external experience alike.
