What You Will Do

This position requires strong process and consultative customer focus and ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Continue to configure e-Builder for the client by modeling and improving the business process to meet their organizational goals.

  • Guarantee adoption for the managed service client by efficiently training client teams.

  • Analyze business process/requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows.

  • Perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps.

  • Provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems.

  • Develop materials and deliver training required for each project.

  • Configure data and business rules for new project initiatives.

  • Assist with testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results.

  • Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements.

  • Offer in-depth line of questioning to uncover barriers, resistance and overall software usage.

  • Use diplomacy to communicate positively information that may be disagreed with or undesirable.

  • On time delivery and appropriate storage of project and client documentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills that achieve successful results.

  • Ability to write business and system requirements documents that convey complex analysis and solutions clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, strategic business partners, and company management.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex technical documents, diagrams, data models, and process documents.

  • Complete Documentation of all e-Builder business processes.
