What you'll be doing:

As a Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, you will have a key role in driving the planning, coordination and execution of AI Assisted developer tools. You will work closely with outstanding engineering teams to plan, implement, and deliver innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, track, manage commitments and communications with, and track initiatives across multiple peer organizations from research to hardware and production software to build AI solutions for every user of Nvidia's hardware and software.

  • Work with vendors, data scientists, and expert contributors to establish programs for rich expert feedback and deep engagement with users to improve our data and AI quality

  • Hold regular Stand-Up and SCRUM meetings as you lead the team's efforts to plan incremental efforts within a regular sprint and release cadence.

  • Map sponsor requirements directly to product development plans, resource commitments, and schedules. Track results while resolving execution challenges.

  • Share in the success of a multi-functional team, in a matrix organization and the timely and fast paced delivery to challenging program objectives.

  • Demonstrate expertise with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as you champion the NVIDIA Product Life Cycle processes.

  • Coordinate development efforts across a number of partnering teams to ensure on-time delivery of product enhancements while managing resource and schedule constraints.

  • Learn terminology and hardware/software technologies at the foundation of NVIDIA Developer Tools solutions for AI Developer tools and GPU/CPU/Systems Profiling.

What we need to see:

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in technical program management and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A history of success leading the release of complex SW with consistent on-time results and serving a multi dimensional business organization.

  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on engineering projects.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strict attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed flawlessly.

  • Confirmed history of delivering complex products to customers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience working across research, applied research, and product organizations, productizing and supporting AI solutions.

  • Familiarity with AI Quality technologies, ML Ops, data sourcing and pipelines, and model validation.

  • Familiar with CUDA, Accelerated Computing, AI and graphics hardware technologies.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
