Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements for process automation.
Lead Customer engagements and complete all assigned project tasks.
Develop and document work plans for complex engagements to include on-site installation and implementation, training, and data conversion services for customers.
Perform customer demonstrations and supports acceptance criteria of the implementation services.
Perform testing of the solution tools to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and technology available for Integration services, including becoming certified by the leading ERP Solution providers i.e., SAP, Oracle, JD Edward, and Microsoft.
Conducts end user training as required on completed solutions.
Communicate product enhancements to Product Management teams across Bloomberg Industry Group as requested by Customer.

7 years’ experience in an appropriate combination of technical business analyst expertise including gathering and writing customer business processes and requirements, solution design, evaluation criteria and test plans.
5 years’ Services implementation experience in a software or financial applications development environment.
Thorough and demonstrated expertise in engaging customers for gathering detailed requirements, determining design alternatives, understanding industry practices, developing solutions and validating designs.
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of Service Implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, designing solution, implementation, data conversion processes, risk and issue evaluation, project work plans, and test plans.
Working knowledge or ability to learn basic tax and accounting concepts, to understand the problems that tax and accounting professionals face and identify how Bloomberg Industry Group products can solution those customer challenges and improve processes.
Experience using advanced functionality of Excel, Alteryx, SQL and/or other data transformation tools to efficiently manipulate, format and analyze data.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, or other tax or finance applications like Corptax and ONESOURCE.
Demonstrated expertise in engaging customers for gathering detailed requirements, determining design alternatives, developing creative solutions, and validating designs.
Proficiency in project management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills needed to successfully supervise and deliver on multiple projects, while handling shifting priorities and deadlines.
Strong customer service skills, and proven problem-solving ability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and listening skills, to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time to meet and work onsite with Customers, Prospects, or Beta testers and to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
