You'll evaluate complex scheduling decisions, identify opportunities to strengthen Southwest's competitive position, and collaborate across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Crew Planning, Ground Operations, and other Teams to deliver solutions that work for both the business and the operation. Beyond managing schedule changes, you'll help drive the future of Network Planning by developing analytical tools, dashboards, and optimization capabilities that support smarter, data‑driven decision making. Through strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross‑functional leadership, you'll play a direct role in how Southwest plans, adjusts, and operates its network every day.
