Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of an IT project team, including resource planning and creating schedules.
• Participating in the development of business and system requirements and creating documentation.
• Communicating with the project team and clients about project status.
• Using project management tools to track progress and metrics.
• Collaborating on process improvement.
• Supporting and onboarding new analysts to the team.
• Analyzing and solving problems based on available data and experience.
• Ensuring the quality of your own work and that of the team.
• Managing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT project leadership role, including people management.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
