Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Leader Development Trainer to join our expanding leadership development team. This role combines expertise in virtual and in-person training delivery with business partnership and performance consulting capabilities. The successful candidate will transform from a traditional trainer model to a visible business partner for Leadership development at our strategic locations, working directly with site leadership teams to drive sustainable leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities - Leadership Training & Facilitation (60%)
Deliver engaging leadership development programs using Zoom or in classroom environments.
Facilitate leadership workshops, and programs for managers at all levels
Develop blended learning experiences that combine virtual delivery with hands-on application
Ensure consistent program quality and participant engagement across all virtual delivery methods
Business Partnering (20%)
Serve as primary interface between the corporate leadership team and site execution needs (In Dallas, Tampa, and Bethesda locations)
Partner directly with site HRBPs and operations leadership to assess development needs and adjust the delivery of current offerings to meet business needs.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular face-to-face engagement and on-site presence
Collaborate with Talent Experience teams to ensure alignment of leadership development initiatives
Performance Consulting & Capability Building (20%)
Move beyond traditional training delivery to provide consulting on leadership challenges and opportunities in the business
Conduct needs assessments to identify root causes of leadership issues
Draw upon assets in the corporate leadership portfolio to offer targeted development solutions as needed.
Foster a positive associate development experience in the site by offering leadership development opportunities that support long-term capability building of associates at all levels.
Measure and report on leadership development ROI and business impact
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development
3+ years of virtual training delivery experience with demonstrated expertise in digital learning platforms

**Training Excellence:** Proven ability to design and deliver impactful leadership development programs
**Business Acumen:** Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to link learning to business outcomes
**Consulting Skills:** Experience in performance consulting, needs assessment, and solution design
**Relationship Building:** Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders
**Change Management:** Experience supporting organizational transformation and culture change initiatives
Technical Skills
Proficiency in virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, or similar)
Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in training/development (CPTD, CPLP, or similar)
Experience in multi-site or geographically distributed organizations
Background in performance consulting or organizational development
Leadership coaching certification
Project management experience
