Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Space Operations Instructor to support course delivery and development at the National Security Space Institute (NSSI) Peterson SFB, CO.  This position will instruct lessons in various courses as well as develop, implement, validate, and maintain educational and course materials for assigned lessons.

This position requires familiarity in the following areas: DoD, commercial and civil space operations, ground systems, on-orbit systems, links, international capabilities, threats, cyber operations/threats/security. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of Space Operations related materials and lessons. Individual will assist in the coordination, development, and maintenance of Space Operations lessons, student experience levels, detail levels and delivery lengths. Individual will instruct space operations lessons, space command and control (C2), space capabilities, and similar topics in various in-residence, mobile, online, and/or blended NSSI courses. Individual will instruct Space Operations to various audiences in-residence NSSI and at travel locations as directed by the customer.

Travel requirements of up to 25% annually, including occasional weekend and overseas travel.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. Please note the salary information is a general guideline only.
